How a booking at SEUL works, from request to confirmation, and what happens when plans change.
A booking request sent from your member account is not yet a confirmed reservation. The slot you choose stays available to others until we confirm it.
The request carries the chosen service or package, the variant, the area, the included units, the number of sessions and the displayed starting price. We go through all of it together before confirming.
Confirmation comes from the centre, in your member account, and states the date, the time, the estimated duration, the exact service and the starting price of the chosen variant.
A booking is firm only from that confirmation and, where it applies, once the deposit has been paid.
For protocols that block a long slot, for packages, and for services requiring dedicated consumables to be prepared, confirmation follows payment of a deposit.
The deposit is deducted from the final price of the service.
Please cancel as early as you can, through the same channel you used to book. Early notice lets us offer the slot to someone else.
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability, and any deposit already paid carries over to the new date.
Not attending a confirmed booking without any notice means a blocked slot that could not be offered to anyone else.
If you are running late, let us know. We will try to deliver the protocol in the time left, but some stages cannot be shortened without affecting the result or safety.
When the remaining time does not allow the full protocol, we will offer either a reduced variant or a new date.
Some procedures have eligibility criteria that can only be checked at the in-centre assessment: the condition of the area, phototype, medication, pregnancy and breastfeeding, recent sun exposure, recent procedures or active conditions.
If the assessment shows the procedure is not suitable, we do not perform it. We offer an alternative or postpone, and the deposit applies to the alternative service.
For anyone under the age of majority, the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian are required at the assessment and at every session.
Certain procedures are not performed on minors, whatever the parent’s consent.
Bookings are made within the centre’s opening hours, through the channels listed on the contact page.
