Pricing policy

Where you see prices, what the price includes, when it can go up, and why it never drops below the variant you chose.

Prices are in the member account

SEUL prices are not published on the site. Every service, variant, package and promotion has a numeric price, which you see in your member account after signing in.

Where a configuration is exact, the price is fixed. Where several variants exist, the account shows “from X lei”, and X is always a real, available, bookable variant.

What the price includes

For each offer in the account we state what the price covers: the area, the number of sessions, the duration, the technology, the included units and the products used, with quantities.

The initial assessment is part of the protocol. If the assessment shows the procedure is not suitable, we do not perform it and we do not charge for it.

What can increase the price

The final price can only increase if the assessment adds something concrete: an extra area, consumption beyond the included units, an additional product, a technology added to the protocol, or additional working time.

Any addition is discussed and accepted before it is applied. Nothing is added during the session without your consent.

The price never drops below the chosen variant

The price in your account for the variant you chose is a floor: it stays valid even if the session is shorter or less is consumed than estimated.

If the assessment shows that a smaller variant suits you, we choose that one before confirmation, at its own price. The change is made before the session, not after.

Consumption units

Protocols are measured in units: shots, lines, pulses, minutes, cm², ml, cartridges, vials or applicator cycles. Every offer in the account shows how many units are included.

For units used beyond those included, the account shows the price per unit, so you can work out a larger protocol yourself before you accept it.

Signature packages

Packages have their own price and quantified inclusions: the component services, the number of sessions, the units and the products included. They are not indicative sums of individual prices.

A package is not split at the package rate. If you drop a component, the remaining services are charged individually.

Promotions

A promotion shows in the account the normal price, the promotional price, the saving, the validity period, the number of places or the available stock, and the conditions.

We do not show fictitious discounts and we do not keep a promotion running indefinitely. When the period ends, the price returns to its normal value.

Currency and tax

Prices in the account are in lei, and the tax status is shown with every price, so you know exactly what you pay.

No negotiation

We do not negotiate prices and we do not match other centres’ offers. A lower price obtained by shortening the protocol or reducing consumption is not a saving, but a weaker result.

For the same configuration, the price in the account is the same for all members with the same status.
