What a protocol can aim for, what depends on you, and what we will not promise, however good it would sound.
The same protocol, with the same technology and the same parameters, produces different results on different skin. Phototype, age, the state of the skin barrier, hormones, medication, diet, smoking, sleep and sun exposure all play a part.
What you see in a published case is what was achieved in one concrete, fully described situation. It is not an estimate for you.
We do not promise a specific result, a percentage of improvement, an exact number of sessions fixed before the assessment, or that a result will hold indefinitely.
We use no superlatives, we do not compare our centre with others, and we never describe a result as unchanging over time. If a claim cannot be supported with documentation, it does not appear on this site.
Part of the result is built between sessions: keeping to the intervals, home care, sun protection, and avoiding procedures that conflict with the protocol.
When the recommendations are not followed, the result changes. We tell you this at the beginning, not at the end.
There are situations in which a procedure is postponed or not performed: pregnancy and breastfeeding, active infection or injury in the area, flare-ups of skin conditions, a tendency to hypertrophic or keloid scarring, photosensitivity, recent sun exposure or tanning, certain medications, and recent procedures in the area.
The list above is indicative and varies from one technology to another. The exact contraindications for your protocol are given to you in writing before the first session.
The assessment and the choice of protocol are made by the operator performing the procedure, within the limits of their competence and of the documentation for the technology used.
We rely on the information you give us about your health, medication and previous procedures. Incomplete information can lead to an unsuitable recommendation, which is why the eligibility questionnaire matters.
SEUL is an advanced aesthetics centre, not a medical facility. We do not diagnose, we do not treat medical conditions, and we do not replace specialist consultation.
When an assessment shows something beyond the aesthetic scope, we refer you to a doctor and postpone the procedure until it is clarified.
You receive, in writing, the objective of the protocol, the technologies used, the sensations to expect, the usual post-procedure reactions, the indicative recovery time, what to avoid, and when to call us if something does not look as it should.
