Eight rules we apply to every session, whatever the service or the technology.
기준The standards
No procedure starts before the area has been assessed. An assessment may change the technology, postpone the session, or end the conversation with “this is not right for you”.
The room is occupied by a single person for the whole assessment and session. We do not run treatments in parallel, and we do not split a protocol between operators without a justified reason.
Needles, cartridges, blades, tips and every other consumable that touches the skin are sterile, single-use, opened in front of you and discarded at the end.
We record the technology, the parameters, the number of units consumed, the product used and the quantity. That is how we repeat what worked and avoid what did not.
We say what the protocol aims for, how long it usually takes to show, and what may limit it. No percentages, no promised timelines, and no words we cannot stand behind.
Before the first session you receive, in writing, what the procedure involves, what sensations to expect, what the contraindications are and what recovery looks like. You sign after reading, not before.
The plan exists on paper: stages, intervals, home-care products and the date of the next reassessment. You get a copy; it does not stay in the internal file.
The protocol is reassessed as it goes. If the skin responds differently than estimated, the plan changes rather than continuing out of inertia.
상담Book
The protocol is built after we look at your skin, body or scalp.
