The people who teach are the people who treat
SEUL experts have 15–20 years of practice and also teach at a school of aesthetics.
The wording is precise and we always use it the same way: SEUL experts, who also teach at a school of aesthetics. We do not attribute academic titles to them and we do not present them as medical staff. What they do is teach the same technologies they then operate in the treatment room.
The practical difference shows up in the assessment. Someone who teaches a technology knows where its limits are, what happens when the parameters do not match the skin type, and when the right answer is not to perform the procedure at all. This is why assessment comes before protocol at SEUL, and why a protocol can also mean “not now”.
Each expert works with the technology families they command, not with everything in the centre. Assignments follow training and experience, not device availability.

Manufacturer training
Whoever operates a technology has been trained by its manufacturer, on that specific device, not merely on the general category.
Factory training
Sessions at the manufacturer, on test platforms, covering reference parameters, safety limits and the cases where the procedure is not performed.
Private sessions with trainers
One-to-one work with the manufacturer’s trainers, on real cases and on the fine adjustments that never make it into a manual.
International conferences
Attendance at conferences and congresses where protocols are compared, challenged and updated.
Certifications
Diplomas, attestations and training records, kept and verifiable. We publish only what we can support with a document.
Technologies taught and operated
For each expert we record the technology families they teach and the ones they actually use in protocols.
We do not show the experts' names and photographs on the public site; you meet them at your assessment.
