Who the controller is

The data controller is SEUL.

What data we process through the site

The site is informational. The server automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for operation and security. Your cookie preference is stored locally in your browser.

If you request an invitation or become a member

We use the data you give us when you register (name, contact details, invitation code) to review your request and, once admitted, to manage your account, quotes and appointments. The legal basis is performance of a contract at your request and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Photos and health data

Photos of the area and information about your skin are special category data (Art. 9 GDPR). We use them only to guide you, based on your explicit consent, and we never publish them without your written agreement. Retention, access and deletion are agreed with the data controller, SEUL.

Your rights

Your rights are: access to data, rectification, portability, restriction, erasure, objection (Art. 21) and consent withdrawal. You may withdraw consent at any time. If you have an account, send your request from your member account and we reply within one month at the latest.

If you do not have an account, you exercise the same rights through the personal data request on the SEUL gateway. In the request you choose the type — access to data, rectification, portability, restriction, erasure, objection (Art. 21) or consent withdrawal — and enter the contact details you used; the request is confirmed with a code sent to that contact. We reply within one month at the latest.

For people without an account, the server keeps only the technical data described above and, if they sent a registration request, the name, contact details and code used in it. You may contact the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at any time.
